I've always been a fan of the magazine BEST LIFE, and especially their website BEST LIFE ONLINE. So as I was going through the magazine the other day I noticed a call out for THE BEST RECIPES in HISTORY at BestLifeOnline.com/literategourmet where you can find a few of the recipes that fueled the creative minds in literature, art and music.
Being a big chili fan I'm off to get the ingredients to try Miles Davis Chicago South Side Chili Mac. Looks like a great recipe other than I think I'll pass on adding the 1/4 LB. suet [beef fat] the recipe calls for.
