Ok, I've got Dr. Beck on board as my "thinking" coach, so I decided I'd bring on Bill Phillips as my "physical" coach.
Having bought Bill's "Body For Life" book and his brother Shawn's book, "The Abs Solution" I've really been a fan of the great work they do for people, and when ever I've stuck to their plan, I've seen great results. The challenge has been the "sticking to".

But I'm really confident that combining Dr. Beck's "thinking" plan with Bill Phillip's "physical" plan I've got the right combination to once and for to help my body shape and size find it's proper healthy weight.
Dr. Beck's initial plan is for 6 weeks, and then "it's for life", and Bill Phillip's "Body For Life" plan is for 12 weeks" and then it too "is for life".
So based on Bill's plan, today was an upper body weight training day which I did, which I followed with 10 mins in the steam room to eliminate toxins and loosen my muscles.
After I got back from the gym I made myself 1 egg, 1 egg white, and turkey sausage for breakfast and a little later in the car I had one Starbucks venti 1/2 caf with Silk Soy milk.
I ate lunch late but I made sure I read my "advantages of Losing Weight" card before I ordered and it really did make it easy to eat healthier. I stopped at Friday's and ordered a ASIAN-GLAZED CHICKEN ON FIELD GREENS*
"A juicy chicken breast glazed with spicy Asian sauce, lightly dusted with toasted cashews and macadamia nuts. Served over field greens tossed in Cilantro Lime dressing with red peppers and cucumbers." and it really was great! It was one of their "right portion, right price" selections, and it truly was both of those.

This was Friday's version of "1/2 is more" and I'd highly recommend you try it.
