
Over the past 8 weeks, after I got my head out of my weight loss limbo, I'm averaging losing 3.75LBS a week which is great and actually ahead of the 3LBS a week that I have as my weekly goal that will bring me to my goal weight of 175LBS.
But that's also why I created the EVOLUTION CALENDAR as it's such a "great visual and mental motivator" to help remind us all that all it really takes is a LB or 2 or maybe 3 a week to make amazing progress over a year.
