New month, new day and I'm now 7 days into my personal pledge over the next year to not only see 175LBS on the scale again, most importantly "little by little" over the next year I will have re-wired my thinking so that I'm living a healthy lifestyle consistently, "for life" as Dr. Beck teaches.

* BACK STORY
On 7.26.07 I turned 50 years young and with this blog entry I made a personal declaration to use the next 365 days to mentally and physically transform my body shape and size to my ultimate imagined goal of weighing in FULLY CLOTHED @ 175LBS. How would I accomplish that goal? Well, with a lot of help from my listed resources on that posting and also in a very unique "weigh" by actually already BEING my desired weight in advance mentally, and in my actions by eating no more than 2,275 calories a day. As that is about how many calories a day a person needs to maintain their weight @ 175LBS.
