This may seem like a dis-jointed post, but if you'll hang in there you just might get the DRIVE you need to stick to your New Years weight loss and exercise resolutions.
Ok, first things first, check out Daniel Pink's latest release DRIVE "The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us." I highly recommend you buy a copy online, but if you can't afford it for whatever reason, at least get up off the couch and browse through a copy at a book store until you can afford it.

And if I can't get you to buy the book today, do yourself a favor and check out a web site that Daniel recommends if you're really struggling to stick to some elusive goal. It's a web site called Stickk. I checked it out this morning and found it to be so clever and motivating that I signed up for it right a "weigh" to add another motivational tool to my arsenal to manifest seeing 199 lbs on the scale this year.
