This past Sunday in less than an hour I was able to read cover to cover an advance reading copy of "The Full Plate Diet."

Easy to read, visually interesting and motivating, "The Full Plate Diet" may have cracked the code in getting more of us to actually start seeking out and eating more fiber rich recipes, menus and meals. I know I'm going to being working my "weigh" towards getting their suggestion of 40 grams of dietary fiber into my diet everyday.
