Don Mannarino's Think & Lose

Last week I received Dan Mannarino's Think & Lose DVD + CD set, but it wasn't until early this morning that I finally took the time to watch the DVD and listen to the CD.

Inspired by the testimonials, and just plain curious to see how I might react to HYPNOSIS, I thought I'd test drive his program myself and share what I'm learning and the results I'm getting along the "weigh".

First I watched the DVD which was very interesting. In fact I was amazed at how many connections it had to EAT + GROW RICH. The DVD is a great introduction to the 30 year story of how Dan has helped thousands and thousands of people lose weight and quit smoking through hypnosis.

So after watching the DVD I listed to Dan's full length Think & Lose hypnosis CD to get the ball rolling which I found was extremely relaxing.

I was amazed at how many of the founding beliefs I've shared in my web site and in this blog are contained in his work so I figure I his suggestions should easily align with my brain. One of his suggestions is to focus on the weight you want to be NOW, which for me is 175 LBS.
