
A little creative license with what we use to to mark off the LBS lost with our MY-LBS t's. Originally we thought any Sharpie permanent marker could be used to fill in the outline for each LB we lost but we found out that even a Sharpie permanent can bleed, but not a Sharpie "Rub A Dub" permanent marker, it's truly PERMANENT!
So weighing in this morning after Day 1 on The Beck Diet Solution Workbook I'm down 2LBS.
This morning I spent 20 mins on the bike, read and followed today's instructions for Day 2 and stuck pretty much to eating whole foods for the day.
