Forget "weighting" in line, thanks to Kevin Corrigan from Rowan, if you're already all "Appled Up" with a little duct tape there's no need to "weight" in line.
Kevin's solution...
iPhones are expensive. I can't afford one. Even if I could, I wouldn't want to wait in line for days just to get one. Instead, I figured out how to make my own iPhone. It only takes a couple of common household objects and three simple steps. iPhones even make great gifts! Remember, the most meaningful iPhone is the one you make yourself.
Here are the materials you're gonna need:

1 Laptop
1 Digital Camera
1 iPod
1 Cell phone
Duct tape (some)
STEP ONE

iPhones are basically iPods you can use as a phone, so start by taping your iPod Nano to your cell phone. Be sure not to tape the phone shut when you do this.
STEP TWO

Take your new iPod phone and tape it firmly to your laptop. Now you can use revolutionary Apple applications, like iCal and iWork, anywhere you bring your phone.
STEP THREE

Your almost finished, but don't forget about your iPhone's 2.0 megapixel digital camera. Take that and tape it to your laptop, too.
STEP FOUR

Congratulations! You now own your very own iPhone, and it only cost $1,700. You're on the cutting edge of technology and design. Just slip your new portable wonder into your pocket and you're ready to go.
Charging your iPhone
Just replace the batteries in your iPhones digital camera, plug the phone into it's wall adapter, plug the iPod into the laptop using the supplied USB cable, and plug your Laptop into the wall. Allow to charge for several hours, and be sure to check each individual device's battery meter before unplugging.

In addition to learning to not eat while standing up, after going through my first pass at the "Beck Diet Solution", I think the other core lesson I got and cntinue to work through is the power of "Preventing Unplanned Eating".
This may take more time get 100% but I've found that the more I let that little voice in my head scream "NO CHOICE" the more in charge I feel I'm getting at making more empowering choices. Love this lesson.
Ok, no exercise yet, later on, most likely more "power mulching" tonight.
BREAKFAST
Starbucks venti 1/2 caf with a little H&H
Ham and cheese omelet with a side of bacon
MID MORNING
Starbucks [No. 2] venti 1/2 caf with a little H&H
LUNCH - Right on plan...
Cosi signature salad with chicken and a piece of their whole grain bread
Diet lemon Snapple

I found out about this unusal game through Adrants which is really hard to comment on at this point as it doesn't release until the Fall, but below is a description of the site, or you can just CLICK HERE and see it for yourself.
Fatworld - Fatworld is a game about the politics of nutrition. It explores the relationships between obesity, nutrition, and socioeconomics in the contemporary U.S. Coming Fall 2007.
In Fatworld, you create a world, design a character, and live out an accelerated life in that world. You'll have to construct menus and recipes, decide what to eat and what to avoid, exercise (or not), and run a restaurant business to serve the rest of your town.
By choosing your character’s dietary and exercise habits, you can experiment with the constraints of nutrition and economics as they affect your character's general health. Will it be wheatgrass and soy? Or fried chicken at every meal? How much can you afford to spend on food, and how does that affect your general health?
As a Fatworld inhabitant, you can choose starting weights and health conditions, including predispositions towards ailments like diabetes, heart disease, or food allergies. You can design your daily meal plan, choosing from hundreds of ingredients and recipes that ship with the game, or you can build your own from scratch and share them with friends online. Then you can exercise by walking around or playing a variety of exercise minigames. Or you can influence public policy by visiting the Govern-O-Mat, or try to get a glimpse into your own character's health -- if you can afford it -- at the Health-O-Mat.
Fatworld is currently in development and will be released in early Fall 2007. It is an iTVS Electric Shadows project, commissioned by iTVS, PBS, and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.

Just in time for the release of the iphone we're designing a special FREE collection our "Weigh Less... Wireless" cell phone images for the iphone.
Relax! we're not bashing eating, or trying to demonize a piece of pizza.
And the last thing we're trying to do is make people feel quity for their size.
These "Weigh Less... Wireless" images are meant to help you remember to make healthier choices in what you're eating as often as you can, or if you really want to eat some fast food or a special treat, at least slow down and enjoy every bite.
"Weigh Less... Wireless" images are meant to be your "digital conscience" whenever you need them.
Until our "Weigh Less... Wireless" FREEBIES are ready for release at 5:55PM EST time this Friday the 29th. you can get a sneak peek at the ones we've already designed as we're creating visually + mentally motivating ideas everyday to help us all WIN the "Global Battle of the Bulge".
DISCLAIMER... The caloric measures with each image are meant as a reminder that it's all about "calories in, calories out" no matter how you want to measure it. This has been brought to you by the 3500 CALORIES = 1LB. COUNCIL.

It feels so nice to be getting farther and farther a "weigh" from 300 LBS. This morning I weighed in "fully clothed" at 295LBS because of what of been doing overall, but also because my morning exercise was "mulch-ercising" which is a very sweaty proposition at best when it's very humid and about 85 outside.
Ok, I've exercised, I've weighed in, I figured out my food plan ahead of time so I'm ready to get cranking a second time as I continue to do my "Beck Diet Solution" Deja Vu journey in this blog.
With life coming at us at all angles every day it's often hard to write out and monitor what you're eating but I'm going to commmit to doing a much better job than I did the first time, so I'll get started.
BREAKFAST
Starbucks venti 1/2 caf with a little H&H
1/2 of the ham and cheese omelet I saved from yesterday
MID MORNING
Starbucks [No. 2] venti 1/2 caf with a little H&H
LUNCH
Grilled chicken ceasar salad
Diet peach Snapple
DINNER
1/2 a slab of Famous Dave's ribs
Cole slaw and onion strings
As you can see if you've read through what I'm eating I'm on more of a protein bend right now. It could be argued that ribs are the best choice as far as lean protein goes but I did order 1/2 an order.

Not a lot to say here since I've been this "weigh" before. I read through today's lesson and I'm more than ready to roll with starting my diet on Thursday. Today's to-do list is complete 100%.
