Today Dr. Beck wants us to set a realistic goal. Ideally long term I want to see 175LBS, "Fully Clothed" on the scale again. That's what I would call my aspirational goal. But I also realize that it may not be a physically realistic goal since I weighed that over 31 years ago.
So in simple terms I'm setting a weekly goal to lose 3LBS of BODY FAT a week which translates into causing a burn of 10,500 CALORIES every 7 DAYS.
