I am also using Dr. Beck's book and blogging. I've known all along that my attitude towards food was the problem and I just didn't want to go on a fad diet and lose the weight like I have in the past. I told myself if I couldn't change my behavior I wasn't even going to try. A few days later I happen to buy a copy of "O" magazine and read about the book. I start my new eating plan on Monday and I feel great about it. Before, I would just wake up one day and decide to diet with no plan at all. I think I might have finally found the tool I need.
