Pretty simple idea, but until I was more mindful of Dr. Beck's request for today, I never really realized how often I eat standing up. I can say honestly that for every meal today I sat down, and I even caught myself getting ready to eat a banana in the kitchen standing up.
My head continues to be in a great plave today and I read my "Advantages For Losing Weight" card twice today. I do want to still write them out by hand on index cards.
