Jennifer after the 5K with No Excuses Wear owner, Mike Dudley
Everyone @ mypetfat is so proud of Jennifer for completing a 5K this morning with "NO EXCUSES."
Why?
Well, she was pretty tired from traveling cross-country all day, and then out late last night so excited to finally meet lots of her favorite "Biggest Loser" online friends for the first time in person.
But "NO EXCUSES" she was up at 4:00 am and ready to roll to make sure she could get to the race on time.
A 5K race today for Jennifer and who knows what she'll run in the coming weeks. But on Sunday, September 12th Jennifer, and her brother Matthew and I have a real big "NO EXCUSES" family affair as the three of us will be doing our first Sprint Triathlon together as a team in Long Branch, NJ.
This will be Jennifer and Matthew's first Sprint Triathlon, and it'll be my 4th. But the last time I did a Sprint Triathlon I was 12 years younger, and 65 lbs lighter and with better knees, but "NO EXCUSES" we're going to give it our family best!
And if anyone needs a push to have "NO EXCUSES" for some upcoming personal challenge you've committed to, check out the No Excuses Wear web site and order some clothing that'll not only be good for your body, but your head and soul as well, as whatever you get, also helps support high school athletes who may need a little extra financial support with a college scholarship.

We recently picked up Rocco Dispirito's cook book "Now Eat This" and everything looks so delicious we're having trouble deciding which recipe we should test drive first. Not only do the recipes look delicious, what he has done calorically to transform each recipe is amazing as each and every recipe is UNDER 350 CALORIES!
It's a safe bet that we'll be sharing lots of pics and reviews from this book over the next few weeks. Stay tuned, even better, get the book and share with us what you're tasting and thinking too!
